We have been going to them for over 25 years. I unfortunately was in an accident recently. I took my truck to them for repair. the truck looks better than when I first bought it. they had 3 bumpers that were shipped and were the wrong ones or damaged and they did not sign off on them and had them returned, so there was a delay in getting my vehicle back. no fault to V.I.P. I am now home and can not take my eyes off my truck. they cleaned it and it just looks like a brand new 2016 F-150 from the ford plant. I am very happy with the work that was done. There are many auto body shops on wise rd. in schaumburg but I trust V.I.P.

Joe and his team are unbelievable. I got in an accident and they did a great job repairing and restoring my vehicle. They communicated with my insurance and also rental car company so I didn’t have to do much on my end. Joe also updated me periodically on the status of my car. Overall had an amazing experience.

Joe and his employees are incredible. I was in a small collision, but enough for insurance to call it and Joe got me back on the road. He knew my car was my baby, and while realistically not worth it to fix, he still took care of me and treated the car appropriately, I know my car very well and he acknowledged that. He made sure I was informed every step of the way. Things kept coming up in the process and needing a new part or something so it kept getting delayed, but Joe was patient with me and I was with him and the whole process. My car is black and over 20 years old. So very difficult to paint match old paint like that. But they managed to paint match the bumper dang near perfect, I cant even notice. Was very happy with the communication, patience, honesty, and quality of work. Thanks again!

Great job, great people, great respect. Replaced side panel of my van, had a lot of dents and a big deep dent and scratch across the middle to the back that ended with a broken tail light. They made the van look good as new, and fast too. ZERO complaints.
